Why I Do What I Do

I’ve always been the kind of person who notices the small things—how someone hesitates before tapping a button, how a confusing flow can change their mood, how the right micro-interaction can build trust.

Before I ever knew what UX was, I was already studying people without realizing it. As a kid, I’d sketch, build things from scraps, and take apart devices just to understand why something worked the way it did. That curiosity is still my superpower today.

Design, for me, sits at the perfect intersection of creativity, psychology, and technology. It lets me take something messy, technical, or overwhelming—and turn it into something that feels easy, familiar, and human.

That’s the difference I bring.

Product Designer

Remo First (Client: Arontel ) · Jul 2025 – Present

As the Lead Product Designer at Arontel, I led the end-to-end redesign of their B2B IVR platform. This included architecting a complex nested tree structure, designing 10+ responsive screens in Figma, and conducting usability testing and stakeholder workshops that improved task success by 30% and boosted the SUS score by 38%. I also created and maintained a scalable design system with over 60 components and delivered detailed documentation for seamless developer handoff and WCAG-compliant implementation.
